What You Will Learn
Youth participants will learn how to deal with and advocate for their own mental health as well as learning how to help others. Adult participants will learn strategies to help youth whom they work or live with, as well as skills to help their families and their communities to thrive.
How It Works
Workshop Length: Can be tailored for 2 hours or half day (4 – 5 hours)
