What You Will Learn

Analyzing DISC profiles will help you and your team increase your self-knowledge, how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress, and how you solve problems. Learn how to adapt your own style to get along better with others and foster constructive and creative group interactions.

  • Exploring “Why you do what you do, and why others do what they do?”; by understanding your own behavioral style and how this drives your interactions, you will be able to recognize the behavioral styles of others, and learn how they wish to interact with you
  • How the dimensions of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance interact with other personality factors to describe your behaviour and the behaviour of others
  • How individual behavior styles and preferences have a direct impact on interpersonal relationships at home, at school or at their workplace
  • Individuals will learn to blend their styles with others at work and in their private lives for greater, more effective communications and relationships
