Participants will learn powerful Mindfulness and Self-Regulation skills and techniques that will enhance their ability to deal with their own emotions and the emotions of others, as well as improving their overall mental health.

  • The connection between Mindfulness and Self-Regulation, including 7 things Mindful people do differently, the differences between a Fixed Mindset and a Growth Mindset, and how we can identify our 5 Core Feelings to begin an inner dialogue to help control overwhelming emotions
  • Emotional Intelligence (EI): How your brain interprets the information that comes to you through your senses, how you can use your EI to improve your decision making, time management, tolerance for change, assertiveness, empathy, communication, social skills, anger management and others
  • Your Emotional Quotient (EQ) – Personal Competence, Self-Awareness and Self-Management Skills focus more on you individually; Social Competence, Social Awareness and Relationship Management Skills help you to improve your relationships with others
  • How our environment during our upbringing produces filters through which we tend to view the world, and how we can reframe these filters
  • Bilateral Bio Meridian and Awareness Based Calming Tools (BB-ABC) – exercises designed to help calm yourself and improve your mental health
