Synapspark workshops, seminars and presentations engage participants in learning through all of their senses and various intelligences.

Through hands-on activities, role playing, individual reflection, group discussion and group sharing, the inherent wisdom contained in each individual often allows for large portions of the workshops to be driven by the participants themselves.

Steve Lister

Steve is a passionate educator and workshop facilitator. He provides a wealth of knowledge, experience and practical tools to help individuals and organizations to recognize mental health challenges in themselves and others. His aim is to help reduce stigma, foster emotional resilience and create safe and supportive environments that cultivate overall wellness.

Tammy Whelen

Tammy Whelen is no stranger to adversity. She faced a difficult battle with cancer at just 25 years old and has experienced firsthand the anguish of losing a loved one to addiction. Tammy channels her energy and passion into creating a brighter future for those who may be fighting their own tough battles.
