What You Will Learn
Participants will learn that the components of strategic planning must include an understanding of an organization’s vision, mission, values and strategies. Learn how to outline what your organization wants to be by exploring the fundamental purposes of the organization, succinctly describing why it exists, and what it is doing to achieve its vision.

- Focusing on the individual participant’s hopes and dreams for their organization and for themselves must be balanced by a practical vision, analysis of the underlying obstacles, positive strategic directions, and detailed time bound action plans

- If I/we are going to realize our vision, what are the issues, deterrents, blocks, or irritants that must be overcome?
- What new directions can I/we move towards in order to overcome the obstacles we have identified?
